1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to WallHunt. By accessing or using WallHunt (the "Service") — including the website at wallhunt.com, the desktop application, and any related services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Top Rated LLC ("WallHunt", "we", "us") operating from Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WallHunt. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
At launch, WallHunt only supports customers located in the United States. Purchases from other countries are blocked at checkout.
3. Accounts & Authentication
WallHunt accounts are created exclusively via OAuth through Discord or Google. We do not offer username/password signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your linked provider account.
You agree that all information associated with your account is accurate and up-to-date. You may not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization.
4. Purchases & Refunds
Purchases of paid wallpapers are processed by Stripe. WallHunt is the merchant of record for all sales.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support at support@wallhunt.com. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Entitlements
When you purchase a wallpaper, Stripe grants you an entitlement recorded against your account. Access to the downloaded file is tied to that entitlement. Revoked or refunded entitlements result in loss of access.
5. Creator Program
Users approved as creators may sell wallpapers on WallHunt. Creator participation is governed by an additional agreement referenced here by this section.
Revenue share
WallHunt retains a 20% platform commission. Creators receive 80% of net revenue (after payment processing fees and applicable taxes), paid via Stripe Connect Express.
Intellectual property
Creators retain ownership of their original content and grant WallHunt a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, preview, and promote their wallpapers on the platform. Creators warrant that their uploads do not infringe any third party's rights.
Content standards
Uploads must comply with WallHunt's content guidelines. Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to) sexual material involving minors, content that infringes others' copyrights, and content that violates applicable law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service, including any DRM or entitlement checks
- Redistribute, resell, or share paid wallpaper files outside of personal use
- Scrape, harvest, or index content beyond what is permitted by the site's
robots.txt - Use automated systems to create accounts or post content
- Upload malicious code (malware, worms, trojans, shader exploits)
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
7. DMCA / Copyright Policy
WallHunt complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report infringing content, email our designated agent with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, at our discretion. Surviving provisions — including refund obligations, IP ownership, and disclaimers — remain in effect after termination.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallHunt disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid WallHunt in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where material, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
